Shame on you for bringing up Joe Biden's late wife, Govenor. Take away the notes and the sorry person who is Sarah Palin just doesn't hold water. She was an idiot going in and nothing changed in this debate. She has no credibility, no real experience.

Did I miss something? Seriously. I am starting to agree with Kool-Aid guy: McCain's influence is looking more Jonesian by the moment. I don't think I have ever witnessed such mass ignorance or blind "approval" for lack of a better adjective.

This governmental action may stop the bleeding - it is far too soon to tell. We don't even know what kind of bill will be passed, exactly - as in what will be attached to it; what special interests might be served in the process. It appears to be a necessary evil at the moment.

Once trust has been broken, confidence is not restored by a promise, or single action. The proof is in the results. Far too soon to tell.

As for here in GR - perhaps it wasn't quite the folksy town hall meeting it would appear. As in a gathering of common folk, concerned citizens, the general public, and, especially not those who are undecided. Nope. Not invited.

Obama has recognized all along that the economy/middle class is in crisis and 'the workers' are not a subtext in the scheme of things.
