  • Did I miss something? Seriously. I am starting to agree with Kool-Aid guy: McCain's influence is looking more Jonesian by the moment. I don't think I have ever witnessed such mass ignorance or blind "approval" for lack of a better adjective.

  • This governmental action may stop the bleeding - it is far too soon to tell. We don't even know what kind of bill will be passed, exactly - as in what will be attached to it; what special interests might be served in the process. It appears to be a necessary evil at the moment.
